The Role
Reporting to the Head of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, the Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing the go-to-market and enablement programs and initiatives to educate, inspire and motivate Vizlib’s channel partners across the world. Focusing on scalable partner enablement and best practice through-partner marketing execution to create and deliver increases and improvements in partner sourced pipeline and prospects; this role will work with the regional Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and assume develop initiatives and programs for improved partner go-to-market readiness across the portfolio.
The Responsibilities
- The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and running a structured Vizlib Partner enablement program aimed at accelerating the joint GTM with existing partners and attracting new ones.
- Working closely with the Partner team, play a strategic and operational role to ensure frictionless alignment and execution.
- Focusing on execution, team up with product, content, event and growth marketing colleagues to develop tools, assets and initiatives needed by the Vizlib partner audience.
- Create positioning / enablement packages for the Vizlib partner uses cases / type
- Working with Marketing, develop ‘Campaign in a Box’ type programs for Vizlib Partners.
- Ensure high quality of content and ease of use of Vizlib’s Partner Portal underpinning such programs. Automate where possible so our partners can take advantage of the assets and benefits available through the program.
- Working with the Partner Account Managers, ensure the specific regional needs of our partners are heard and incorporated into our enablement programs.
- The ability to work independently to meet individual objectives as well as part of a wider team to support the overall team goals.
The Requirements
- 3+ years experience in partner/channel marketing management; preferably with technical or software companies
- 2+ years experience in a B2B, SaaS, growth role
- International experience with diverse partner ecosystems
- Strong partner enablement focus
- Knowledge of the Qlik Platform is highly desirable
- HubSpot and Pipedrive knowledge desirable
The Right Person
- Hands-on experience building out and optimising a high-value reseller marketing program.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-relationship building skills
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills required with strong business acumen
- Strong ability to influence at all levels and strong negotiations skills
- Must be comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers
- Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills required
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
- Passion for improving business performance and for your ongoing professional development
