Our Brand and Content team is scaling up rapidly to deliver across our brands on a global scale, we’re looking for a Content Marketing specialist to join our stellar team.

The Role
You’re an energetic and experienced professional who knows the ins and outs of content marketing management, looking to have fun with our storytelling.
You’re an excellent communicator and time manager with at least three years’ experience managing the delivery of cross-channel marketing assets like blogs and articles, social media content, customer success stories (and more!) in a B2B environment. A stand-out candidate will also be an efficient, creative content producer with a knack for making compelling connections and driving engagement through creative, memorable content. Experience in a start-up or scale-up tech workplace is ideal, but we’re open to hearing from experienced professionals from different industries, sectors, and experiences.
The Team
Our marketing team is a friendly, supportive, ambitious group (if we do say so, ourselves!) that works every day to tell the Vizlib story to the world. This role sits within the content team and reports to the Head of Brand and Content, but you’ll be collaborating every day with the rest of the marketing team, and stakeholders from other parts of the business, including sales, product, and customer success, to name a few.
The Responsibilities
- Manage the on-time delivery of all marketing content and communications, including (but not limited to) articles and blogs, social media content, emails, and customer success stories
- Spearhead a team-wide content consolidation strategy: help us centralise our universe of content and make it more easily accessible to team members, partners, and employees throughout the business
- Work closely with the Head of Brand and Content to execute the business’ brand and content strategy, including reviewing content for alignment with Tone of Voice and House Style Guidelines
- Work alongside the content and wider marketing team to prioritise and deploy content, including content creation
- Work with the Head of Brand and Content and other team leaders to allocate resources for the successful deployment of marketing content
- Work alongside external influencers, industry experts, and our communities to source, plan, develop, and deploy thought leadership content
- Additional responsibilities include interacting with our community hashtags on social media
About Your Experience
- At least three years’ experience working in content strategy and production, content marketing, or similar
- At least three years’ experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (WordPress, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System
- Experience managing a holistic, shared content calendar
- Experience using Jira, Asana, and/or Notion is a plus!
