The Role

The Responsibilities
- Our community ambassador, you will build up and expand Legends and Galaxy communities
- Driving education and accreditation programmes, meet-ups and developer days
- Focusing on growth metrics, you engage with communities of users in exciting and fun ways - and measure touch points and interactions
- Creating impact, engaging with and educating the BI & Analytics community - you drive product adoption in the process
- Harnessing the creative and experiential power of our Industry Solutions team, you’ll share incredible data viz apps and solutions
- Uniting our internal data experts to inform the industry and wider community, and develop user feedback into product development cycles
About you
- Previous experience in managing on-line communities - from ideation, creation, execution and growth
- You may come from the BI/Analytics landscape, but rockstar community managers from other industries such as financial services, software solutions or digital money should definitely apply!
- A strategic view to community building, with a flair for testing and iterating on initiatives and methods to get the best results
- Confident, positive attitude: A natural networker and people person, who leads with curiosity and enthusiasm
- Technically savvy: able to adapt to learn and own new technologies and platforms quickly. You may be a data geek too…
- You get gamification, competitions and believe technology is fun
- Creativity - your initiatives stand out from established voices in the industry
